Bah Humbug

    1 oz Acholado, Italia, or Albilla pisco
    2/3 oz Calvados or other apple brandy
    2/3 oz lemon juice
    2/3 oz fresh apple juice
    1/2 oz spiced apple syrup
    egg white

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.  Shake and strain into a sling glass over cubed ice then topped with i.p.a. beer,with a apple fan garnish witha little bit of nutmeg.we are using brew dog punk i.p.a. cause its local and very floral which works well in the drink

Torre Blanca

    2oz Acholado
    .75oz calvados
    .25oz fernet branca
    .25oz benedictine
    1 dash espresso tincture

Put all ingredients in a pint glass with ice.  Stir and then strain into a martini glass.  Garnish with a slice of apple.

Marigold

    1 1/2 oz Acholado
    3/4 oz pur-likor orange spice
    3/4 oz dry vermouth
    1/2oz Calvados
    bar spoon maraschino
    2 dashes peychaud bitters

Put all ingredients in a pint glass, add ice, and stir, strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an edible flower.
