Marigold

    1 1/2 oz Acholado
    3/4 oz pur-likor orange spice
    3/4 oz dry vermouth
    1/2oz Calvados
    bar spoon maraschino
    2 dashes peychaud bitters

Put all ingredients in a pint glass, add ice, and stir, strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an edible flower.

Better Than Your Pisco Cocktail

    2 oz ORO Torontel
    bar spoon maraschino liquour
    bar spoon gomme syrup
    2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
    2-3 dashes Peychaud bitters

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.  Shake gently until gomme disolves, then strain into a martini glass or rocks glass with no ice.  Garnish with an orange peel.

Fairly Beautiful Handsome

    1 oz ORO Pisco Torontel
    3/4 oz Square One Basil
    1/4 oz Pur-giest Sloe
    1/3 oz lemon juice
    1/2 oz egg white
    1 bar teaspoon small hands gomme
    1 dash peychaud
    1 dash bittermans boston bitters
    Basil leaf

Put spirits, lemon juice, and egg white in shaker, then dry shake.  Add gomme syrup and ice, then shake again.  Strain into coup or martini glass, top with bitters and spanked basil leaf.
